Wrapped in Love (www.wrappedinlove.com) was inspired by the designer’s mom when she was in the hospital. It consists of wraps, head wraps and other fashion accessories for women who are in the hospital, going through chemotherapy or convalescing, to provide them with warmth, comfort, beauty, dignity and style. The designer (Karen Mac Donald) conducts focus groups with cancer patients to ensure that the fabric and style is comfortable and meets their needs, and she works with nurses to ensure that the design provides them appropriate access to the patient for medical attention. Made in the USA.
