NATIONAL RACE TO END WOMEN’S CANCER

Every five minutes someone will be diagnosed with of one of the five gynecologic cancers—cervical, ovarian, endometrial/uterine, vaginal or vulvar cancer. Hosted by the Foundation for Women’s Cancer (FWC), the National Race to End Women’s Cancer consists of a 10K, 5K or 1-mile run/walk and an inspirational pre-race program filled with music, dancing and stories from survivors and advocates. For 10 years, the Race to End Women’s Cancer has been an opportunity to support gynecologic cancer research and join survivors, gynecologic oncologists and advocates from all over the country. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the 2020 Race to End Women’s Cancer will not take place in Washington, DC as originally planned. Instead, supporters are invited to participate in the virtual Move4Her event.
