May 20 Patient Webinar: Survivors Exercise Together: The Benefits of Movement During COVID-19

(Updated June 8, 2020) On May 20, 2020, the Foundation for Women’s Cancer (FWC) hosted “Survivors Exercise Together: The Benefits of Movement During COVID-19,” a 30-minute webinar on the benefits of movement in the survivor journey and ways to be active at home in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. The webinar reviewed the physical and mental benefits of exercise, the benefits of yoga for cancer survivors and included a 5-minute gentle movement session.
